Memory Error Stimulation 1 Register

MEBP2	Memory Error: Bit Position 2. This bit field defines the position of one single bit error during memory read. To stimulate a dual bit error, the CANFD_MEM_ES_0[MEBP1] bit field and the CANFD_MEM_ES_0[ME1EE] bit needs to be used too.
ME2EE	Memory Error: 2^nd Error Enable. If the ME2EE = 0x1 then the MEBP2 bit field is used to do stimulation of a single bit error. The error is only triggered for the access defined by the CANFD_MEM_ES_2[MEEEC], CANFD_MEM_ES_2[MENEC], CANFD_MEM_ES_3[MEL] bit fields and the CANFD_MEM_ES_3[MES] bit. 0 (Val_0x0): Disabled 1 (Val_0x1): Enabled
